Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Boomer Baseball
Effective Date: 6/13/2025 Our program works hard to provide a competitive and enriching experience for all players. Due to the upfront costs associated with travel, uniforms and tournaments, we have established the following refund policy: 1. Non-Refundable Fees The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: Uniform fees (once ordered) Tournament entry fees (once paid) Administrative or processing fees 2. Season Withdrawal If a player withdraws from the team: 30+ days before season start: 75% refund of paid fees (minus non-refundable costs) 15–29 days before season start: 50% refund 0–14 days before season start: 25% refund After season starts: No refunds 3. Injury or Medical Withdrawal If a player cannot continue due to injury or medical condition, a prorated refund of remaining practices/games may be issued at the discretion of the organization, minus fixed costs already paid. 4. Payment Plan Defaults Missed payments may result in removal from the roster. No refund will be issued for payments already made.
